Nutritional value of Milk
Milk is a meal as a whole.One cup of milk contains 149 calories,88% of water, 7.7 g of protein, 11.7 g of carbohydrates, 12.3 g of sugars ,8 g of fats and many more.It contains a lot of calcium,
vitamin B,vitamin D and many other nutrients.
How to use Milk?
Milk is very essential for health it can be used in various ways to keep the body healthy and fit.It can be used alone before going to bed and early morning.It can be used in the form of shakes and in different desserts.Following are some healthy ways to consume milk which can increase its nutritional values:1.MILK and TURMERIC:
Take one glass of luke warm milk and add half teaspoon of turmeric. It is also known as golden milk. It will increase nutritional value of Milk and used to treat the illness related to respiratory system.
It is also known as 'Natural Aspirin' which is used to cure headache,swelling and pain.It strengthen the spine and joints.It is an excellent blood purifier and cleanser. It is helpful in menstrual cramps.It makes skin glow.It protects lungs, tooth decay and improves memory.It increases the natural healing power of body.It has an anti fungal, anti bacterial, and anti cancer effect.
2.MILK and HONEY:
Take one glass of milk and add one teaspoon of honey to it.It also have many effects as below:
It smoothens the lips, it is a sleep remedy, it is used for glowing skin ,it improves stamina and treats the respiratory disorders.It is used to repair damaged hairs.It makes the body agile and youthful.It is used to treat cold and cough.It is used to make bones healthier and strong.It cures constipation and improves digestion.It has an anti aging effect.It boosts energy.It is easily digestable.
3. MILK and JAGGERY:
Take one glass of luke warm milk and add one teaspoon of jaggery. It also have many important effects on health.
4.SAFFRON MILK:
Take a metal bowl and put in 1 and Half tin of condensed milk and one cup of milk. Keep the metal bowl on stove in normal flame.Then, the milk comes to a boil, lower the flame.Stirring the milk for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes add Saffron in milk.Mix saffron to make sure the color of saffron has been incorporated well in the milk.After this, serve it hot or cold.
This has good effect on your health.
Take one cup of milk.Mix 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon powder sugar. After this,serve it.This has good effect on your health.But do not drink it 3 times a day.It is dangerous for your health.Drink only one cup a day.
